The Brief
Problem
Many digital wallets that offer loyalty programs are overly complicated and difficult to set up and use. Also, some of them don't have strong security measures and only work on one type of device, leaving out users on other platforms. Furthermore, loyalty programs often aren't very engaging and can be confusing for users.
Solution
The aim is to design a digital wallet with a loyalty program that is user-friendly, intuitive, and accessible for both iOS and Android users. The goal is to create a clear, engaging, and easy-to-use interface, coupled with quick and secure transactions worldwide.

Objective
The app will simplify the payment process by allowing users to link various payment methods and make quick and secure transactions in many different currencies. The aim is also to engage users by providing a wide range of personalised offers, promotions, and rewards tailored to individual preferences and activities in the app.

- Paypal although is very simple and intuitive to use doesn’t have a loyalty program and the mobile UI design seems a bit monotonous and old-fashioned.

Payback is a loyalty program that allows also mobile payments and let user to earn points and rewards when making purchases from participating partner brands, and these points can often be redeemed for discounts or rewards.
